Lunch and Learn at the Maryland State Archives
John Emond, an antique collector and retired NASA program manager, will give a presentation on letters and documents written about and by Civil War soldiers, both Union and Confederate using their "voices". The voices are dramatic, humorous, and poignant, and include several Maryland letters written by soldiers and civilians. Feel free to bring your lunch and your questions to this public event.
